Pro4ia creates a detailed client specific Request for Proposal package that is distributed to the designated bidders for review. In an effort to expedite the bid submission and leveling process pro4ia has created a streamlined RFP package that enables the prospective bidders to submit their bids in a condensed timeframe. This process enables Pro4ia to level the bids based on exact specifications and as a result does not allow for vendor interpretation which inevitably leads to scope creep & budget overages.

Following completion of the bid review process Pro4ia makes recommendations to the client based on the vendors technical experience, service level, warranty programs, schedule availability, price and financial solvency among other criteria.
