  • Our initial work is focused on information gathering in conjunction with the  company, engineers, architects, and other critical stakeholders.
     
  • We gain an overall picture of the relocation. This allows us to then focus on project details, outline initial schedules, and conduct risk-assessments that target cut-over issues, address contractor requirements and all pertinent relocation details.
      
  • We produce a detailed relocation and implementation plan before the move. This includes designs, schedules, charts, cabling and network component management and coordination of third-party vendors.
     
  • A dedicated technical cut-over team assists in the actual move ensuring that the implementation follows the plan. By using PMI Best Practices and today's advanced tools a successful relocation is completed.
      
  • In the final step, we deliver a complete interactive project documentation package - including designs, project plans, meeting minutes, project budgets, etc.
