Pro4ia’s Project Management team will oversee and ensure compliance with all procedures as called for in the applicable regulation(s) and the production of required documentation.

The team brings solid experience in many areas of Regulatory Compliance including:

Sarbanes-Oxley – Ensure compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 (a.k.a. Public Company Accounting Reform and Investor Protection Act).

FDA – Regulations governing Electronic records requirements as documented in Title 21 Code of Federal Regulations Part 11 (21 CFR Part 11).

SEC – Regulatory requirements for securing computer systems as prescribed by the Securities & Exchange Commission.
