Overview:

Pro4ia is continuously seeking Mid to Senior Level Technology Project Managers (PMP Certified a Plus) to meet our resource needs as we continue to grow our client base. In addition to project management skills, we seek individuals with knowledge of finance, forecasting and budgeting, PMO leaders with a strong understanding of PMOs and experience integrating Business Environments; one who¡¦s comfortable taking a step-wise approach to rolling out PMO concepts. Strategic thinkers, quality driven individuals, who will provide leadership, direction, coordination and coaching for project managers and project teams during their day-to-day management and implementation of IT & Business projects, programs, activities and processes. Strong in process and responsible for integrating Business Environments - PMBOK methodologies are preferred. Strong communication, organization, and management skills are core competencies.

Responsibilities:

Experienced Project Manager possessing strong management and technical skills (PMP - a Plus) from the Project Management Institute (PMI) with the ability to manage multidisciplinary project teams of 5 to 20+ people. Ability to define, create and maintain business- focused projects on schedule and within budget; a motivated, goal-oriented individual with extensive experience multi-tasking across multiple concurrent projects. Has proven capability to identify, plan, and develop solutions and processes that save costs and increase business efficiency. Strong communication, organization, and management skills are core competencies. All project actions and deliverables follow the PMI process and methodology.

„« The Project Manager is responsible for all activities, including project planning, review/status meetings with customers/stakeholders,
„« Leading multi-disciplinary teams with participation from different functions within the organization and where appropriate, external sub-contractors.
„« Strong communication, organization, and management skills.
„« All project actions and deliverables follow the PMI process and methodology.

Qualifications:

„« Project Manager with experience possessing strong technical and management skills
„« Excellent project management skills and knowledgeable in MS Project.
„« Ability to interact with all levels of Management.
„« Gathering and reporting information in all levels.
„« Strong facilitation skills.
„« Experience Integrating Multiple Business Environments
„« Excellent time management and interpersonal skills; Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
„« Ability to function in a matrix environment.
„« Self-motivated, goal-oriented individual with extensive experience multi-tasking across multiple concurrent projects.
„« Excellent communication skills
„« Oversight and direction of site readiness / coordination with facilities
„« In Depth Experience in Data Center Relocations and Build-Outs a Plus
