July 11, 2015, New York, NY–Global technology services firm Pro4ia was recently retained by a leading real estate management company to lead and perform a separation of their end-user desktop environment. Pro4ia’s expert project managers and implementation team worked in conjunction with the internal and other vendor personnel to migrate back data applications from the old desktop environment, to new crafted platforms at the client’s new location. Together with these core services, Pro4ia remains on-call and on-site with desktop support as part of their Managed Service Provider (MSP) offering, dispatching to 36 sites nationally as a comprehensive help desk for tickets and IT requests.
