June 22, 2011, New York, NY –Following a detailed and lengthy bidding and selection process, Pro4ia has been awarded the New York Liquidation Bureau’s Managed Service Provider (MSP) support for their Network Services. Pro4ia’s specialized Structured Technology Support (STS) division will actively support this engagement with overall efforts inclusive of:
– Client access to Pro4ia trouble ticketing system
– Quarterly proactive review of logs and alerts
– Quarterly assessment of network and update recommendations if necessary
– Annual Network Penetration testing
– Update of Cisco gear IOS and patches
– Monitoring of Cisco’s SmartCare program and handling of SmartCare replacements
– Issue identification, ticket creation and troubleshooting
– Work order creation to perform complex issue remediation
– Communication with NYLB, ISP, and 3rd party vendors
– Maintenance of network designs
– SLA compliance
