Pro4ia Completes Heat Energy Group’s NJ Trading Floor Buildout

October 14, 2010, New York, NY – Heat Energy Group (Brokerage) hired Pro4ia to provide Technology Consulting Services for designing and implementing their Data Network Infrastructure in Edison, NJ. This Data Network Implementation Project provided Heat Energy Group with a complete Data and Voice Network Infrastructure to support their day-to-day trading operations. Duties included:

1) Serving as the single point of contact for infrastructure-related areas of the data and voice design portions of the project

2) Identifing business needs and planning the data and voice network based on the findings

3) Managing the Planning, Installation and Deployment phases of all data and voice systems

4) Cable plant design and installation management

5) Designing the equipment room and end user design

6) Procuring all network and voice associated equipment

7) Providing all Quality management of associated project activities and deliverables

8) Providing Project Management skillsets to ensure project deliverables, activities, and milestones are coordinated in sequence by responsible teams

9) Ensuring the delivery of a full data infrastructure to support the trading environment’s day-to-day needs

10)  Implemented MPLS environment between offices

Pro4ia has previoulsy completed the buildout and commissioning of Heat Energy Group’s Juno Beach, FL location and is preparing for their upcoming NYC Madison Avenue location. The total 3-office environment has followed a compressed 10-month schedule to meet Heat Energy’s agressive operational goals. Pro4ia also supports Heat Energy Group’s day-to-day operations through it’s Structured Technology Support (STS) program, a full Managed Service Provider (MSP) model providing 24 X 7 monitoring and technical support.
