Pro4ia Hired by Crain's for Infrastructure Project

November 11, 2013, New York, NY – Pro4ia was retained by Crain’s, New York’s leading real estate and business publication, to lead an infrastructure overhaul of its midtown offices. The team will create a complete design specification and infrastructure construction documents for IT Infrastructure, Security and A/V systems that would meet or exceed Crain’s requirements. In addition, Pro4ia will create detailed RFP materials, offer award recommendations for the bidding process, and assist in assessing bids.

“It’s a great opportunity for us to showcase our strengths in all aspects of infrastructure, including audio-visual and security,” said Managing Partner Steve Pirkl. “Our infrastructure design team is one of the best in the business, and they’re excited to create a comprehensive solution. With all of the work we have done in real estate, it’s an honor to be chosen to work with such an influential force in the space!”

Pro4ia has worked within the real estate industry for over a decade, supporting clients with their relocations and office space buildouts. The engagement begins immediately, but with multiple phases to the project, Pro4ia expects it to run into the new year.
