November 9, 2009, New York, NY – Pro4ia has announced the completion of their newest location in Long Island City, called  the ‘Technology Support Center’, which will serve the following niches in Pro4ia’s business:

Equipment Receiving and Staging:  With Pro4ia’s growth in  the supply of hardware and infrastructure products, along with our services and relationships with Cisco, Dell, Microsoft and a host of other manufacturers, Pro4ia has acquired strategic receiving and staging space.

Structured Technology Support (STS) Monitoring and Dispatch:  Pro4ia’s STS program, a true Managed Services Provider (MSP) model, will have it’s main monitoring and technician dispatch from the Technology Support Center. Real time network monitoring as well as reactive support combine under this program to offer full-time client environment support.
